What an amazing conference in Iceland, the land of Fire and Ice. Veterinary Acupuncturist from all over the world attended the 52nd International Veterinary Acupuncture Society Congress. It was great to meet again and share our ideas both in lectures and socially.

The conference was opened by Sigurður Ingi Jóhannsson, a veterinarian who had a career change and became the Prime minister of Iceland from 2016-2017. Personal highlights include hiking the Laugavegur trail with my son, viewing the aurora, seeing lots of sheep in the middle of nowhere and getting up and close with an Icelandic horse.
