2016…2017

Season’s greeting to all my furry friends and their devoted family.2016 has certainly been another busy year. The clinic has seen a steady stream of cruciate injuries, bad backs, shoulder strains among the many musculoskeletal problems as well an assortment of other issues such as skin problems and cancers.

In my spare time I have managed to enroll in a canine rehabilitation course, attend an international veterinary acupuncture conference in Seattle and continue my teaching duties with the Graduate Diploma in Animal Biomechanical Medicine.

Next year looks like it’s going to be both exciting and challenging as I finish the rehabilitation course and prepare to speak at three conferences. Did I forget to mention the 17 year old daughter about to start Year 12? That may prove to be my biggest challenge yet.

So have a safe and happy festive season and don’t forget that macadamia nuts, grapes, sultanas, onions and chocolate are definite no-nos in the dog world.
